General Information

By placing an order on website link you agree to these terms and conditions. 101CAFFÈ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

Account Registration

Registration with a valid email and password is required to place orders. You may specify different billing and shipping addresses during checkout. To delete your account, email info@101caffe.ae

Products & Pricing

Product Information:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly in color or appearance

  • All specifications are approximate and subject to change

  • Coffee products are removed from sale 4 months before expiry date

Pricing:

  • Prices include applicable VAT for UAE

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined or refunded

  • Prices are valid at the time of order placement

Ordering Process

Eligibility:

  • Orders accepted only for delivery within UAE

  • Subject to product availability and quantity limits

Order Confirmation:

  • Automatic email confirmation upon order receipt

  • Separate notification when order is accepted and shipped

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to availability or other factors

All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Area: UAE only

Timeline: 72-96 hours from order acceptance (estimated)

Delivery Process:

  • Products shipped via courier to your specified address

  • Shipping costs calculated automatically based on delivery location

  • You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes

Receiving Your Order

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect packaging for damage before signing delivery receipt

  • Report any damage or discrepancies immediately to the courier

  • Your signature confirms external package integrity

Post-Delivery Issues:

  • Report any product damage or incorrect items within 10 working days

  • Contact info@101caffe.ae with order details and photos if applicable

Invoicing

  • Invoice issued for each order based on information provided

  • Invoices cannot be modified after issuance

  • Specify billing address if different from shipping address

Warranty & Returns

Coffee Products:

  • No returns accepted except for defective items

  • Report defects within 10 days of delivery

Other Products:

  • 24-month manufacturer warranty against defects

  • Return defective items in original packaging within 10 days

  • Contact info@101caffe.ae to initiate warranty claims

Limitation of Liability

101CAFFÈ is not liable for:

  • Delays beyond our control
