Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our Italian coffee products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@101caffe.ae within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Description of the defect

  • Photos (if applicable)

Return Process

Upon approval, send the defective item to our returns address (provided via email). We will examine the product and notify you within 5-7 business days whether you qualify for a refund or replacement.

Resolution

For confirmed defects, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no cost, or

  • Provide a full refund using your original payment method

Important Policy

As coffee and beverage products are consumable goods, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Non-defective items
